Welcome to We Make Systems Sexy. My name is Ashley Weigl and I have an abnormal love for systems. I am a certified Online Business Manager, certified Dubsado Specialist and lover of all things ClickUp. This is the first edition (of many to come) of our monthly blog posts where we will talk about ALL things systems. Our mission – our essential intent – is to help small business owners (like you), go from systemless to systemized so they can stop being the bottleneck. While this blog is new, we are NOT new to systems. When I first started my business, I immediately started researching into ClickUp. I compared it to other project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday and Notion and I found ClickUp to be superior to them all. (Another blog post for another day!) It is our one source of truth. It is our hub for all the things to keep the team on track and focused. It gives me, the business owner, an easy-to-digest, bird’s eye view of all the things happening in my business at any given time.

What Does All That Mean?

You can do a LOT to get started just using ClickUp’s FREE forever plan.

However, if you are growing your business and your team, I’d recommend the Unlimited Plan. You can invite guests and adjust permissions. You can use the form view (another blog post will go into detail about why this feature is great!). You’ll have unlimited storage as opposed to the 100 MB limit in the free forever plan. (HINT: My team and I are still using Unlimited and it’s GREAT for our needs)

Business plan will unlock a lot of custom branding features as well as even more dashboard view options and additional form view options. If you have a larger team or need more of these kinds of features, I’d recommend you upgrade to Business!
