I started We Make Systems Sexy because I kept seeing the same thing: business owners who were brilliant at what they did, running themselves into the ground because everything lived in their head. I’ve spent years helping small business owners put systems, documentation, and real teams in place. ClickUp workflows. SOP manuals. Delegation frameworks. The behind-the-scenes infrastructure that lets a business actually run.
And then life tested what I’d built.
