Fulfillment Policy

- We Make Systems Sexy does not currently sell physical products. Therefore, we have no return policy or process for returns.
- We Make Systems Sexy sells services. We do not offer a refund policy if the client defaults on the contract terms. However, if We Make Systems Sexy defaults on the contract terms, a full refund will be offered.
- Deposits made by the client for services will not be refunded unless We Make Systems Sexy does not complete the service according to the agreed proposal and contract terms which will have been customized to the clients needs.
- Clients must complete their homework as outlined in the proposal and contract in the timeframe agreed to or their projects may be forfeited or otherwise an additional fee will be imposed according to the contract terms. Clients should refer to their customized proposal and contract for more details.
- Once a project is booked, client may choose to cancel a project; however, the project deposit is non-refundable.
- Transactions are made in USD.
- Payment details and other private details of client are not shared with third-parties.
